Bill DeWitt’s recent email to Cardinal fans would have us believe that a couple of good months early in the season made the Cardinals a “fun team to watch” but fans know better.
I guess we Cardinal fans can always hope that management will break open the wallet during the off-season: let a few moths escape and maybe capture a free agent.
Like most Cardinal fans, I’m just glad that we can finally stick a fork in our 2007 season and call it done!
